Women's Cacao Ceremony

A space for women to come together, be in nature and journey with the beautiful medicine of Cacao.

Connecting to our hearts and being open to receive as we tap into our intuition, tune into inner awakenings and our creative guidance. 

Led by Katie - Bespoke Journey, we will hold a safe space together as we let the magic of this plant happen as we intrust in the healing power, create our own unique dance, rhythm and flow. The relationship is between you and Cacao, a space to be present and connect, bringing innate trust in yourself as you listen quietly, releasing any judgement or expectations, just allowing yourself to be present as she guides you. 

Recommendations:

• Avoid eating at least an hour or two before, the emptier you are the more you will feel the subtlety of Cacao.
• Do not drink any stimulants/caffeine/alcohol before.
• Please bring along water, mat, cushion, blanket and a journal. 
• Snacks will be supplied at the end to ground before leaving. 

A full ceremonial dose will be offered but it is up to you how much you'd like to drink. Cacao may not be suitable for those who are taking SSRIs, pregnant and/or breastfeeding, suffering from and/or taking medication for any heart/blood pressure conditions or antidepressants. Please reach out to your trusted healthcare professional if you're unsure of suitability.
