Affirmation Art

In this workshop We will make 2 decorative positive affirmation art cards based on the New and Full moon. The New Moon is a time to bring in and birth new ideas and intentions. Whereas the full moon is a time to release what is no longer serving us, letting go. 

Affirmations are an amazing way to implement change in those awful self-sabotaging thoughts and breaking the cycle of negativity. They assist a shift in your mindset & energy into a positive flow of thought. The session combines the idea of creativity as a meditation, or as a mindful pursuit in the ‘doing’. with added bliss of making objects of beauty.
